I design and make useful ceramics for the simple pleasures - eating and drinking. I am enthused and energised by the connections between people and design. And I appreciate working in a material that can improve someone’s experience of a cup of coffee, an ice cream, a biscuit. 

These experiences should be made as enjoyable as possible. 

Originally from rural Galloway, Scotland. I live and work in Hackney, London. I work with earthenware, stoneware and porcelain clays. And I'm enthusiastic to see where a suggestion might go…Come on, what shall we make today?
